Armenda was known for her wit, creativity, stubbornness and amazing strength to not let anything get her down.
At the age of 5, she met the country singer, Patty Loveless. At age 6 & 7 Armenda took dance lessons at Judy's Dance Studio. In Elementary school in 4th grade, she met President Bill Clinton and shook his hand. In 5th grade, we had a house fire, and she called 911 and saved our lives. She was given a bravery and quick response award by the Clovis Fire Department.
Growing up she enjoyed 4-wheeling, quad riding and camping.
Armenda graduated from Hoover High School in 2005. In her freshman year she played clarinet in the marching band, the following years she joined Color guard. After high school she continued with an independent Color Guard team which competed in world competition at Dayton, OH. The first year they placed 10th and the 2nd year they placed 3rd in the world.
Armenda enjoyed going to the local Grizzlies games and Oakland A's games in Oakland.
She was very talented in making rhinestone tumblers, artistic drawings, trying new cooking recipes (watching cooking shows), and photography.
She loved Disneyland and acquired quite the collection of her favorite character, Monsters Inc. She even got to acquire a pass to dine at the very exclusive Club 33.
Her daughter Hannah was her world. They enjoyed popcorn and a movie, music, opening mini brands and making tiktok videos, and of course shopping.
Armenda had the support of her friends, going out for bingo, listening to local bands or just hanging out.
The highlight of her life was the birth of her daughter, and getting to meet her favorite teenage boy band, O Town, in person.
Armenda will be missed by her co-workers and employer, Fogg Remington Eye Care as a surgery scheduler/referrals coordinator. She loved her job and was the ultimate people pleaser and very detail oriented.
The family is sincerely grateful and thankful for your love, support and comfort during this difficult time.
Armenda will always be remembered by how she touched everyone's life in some special way.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 11:00am at Woodward Park - Parkview Shelter (Audubon Drive Entrance) 7775 Friant Road Fresno, CA 93720
