He was born on January 1, 1939 in Sioux, Iowa to Arthur and Emily Biggerstaff.
He is survived by his wife Hazel, son Douglas Biggerstaff, daughter Karen Erickson, sister Ilona Dyer, grandchildren Christopher, Jeffery and Jenna Erickson, Victoria Biggerstaff.
Viewing will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm.
