Betty Jean Crumpler was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Nelson and Amelia Norman. Betty passed away on Febaruary 21, 2013 at the age of 66 surrounded by her family. She was a pre-school teacher and prior to that she was a beatician.
Betty is survived by her husband of 45 years, James Sterling Crumpler, Sr.; her two sons, James Sterling Crumpler, Jr and Derrick Norman Crumpler both of Elk Grove, CA; her sisters, Patricia Ann Pino of Fresno, CA, Erlene Theresa Norman of Sacramento, CA, Lorena Ann Singh, Dorothy lee Montgomery and Mary Lee Craig all of Fresno, CA. She is preceded in deat by a brother Geroge Norman. Betty is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
