Bill Clinton Biggers was preceded in death by his loving wife Maureen J. Biggers, his father Jess Biggers from Arkansas and his mother Donnie Walker from Oklahoma. He is also preceded in death by his brother Leone Tipton, and his sisters June Dobson, Pauline Butler, Rose Marie Downing and Nancy Biggers.
He is survived in death by his grandson Ronald Thomas Biggers.
Bill Clinton Biggers was a WWII veteran.
A funeral service for Bill will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel, 202 North Teilman, Fresno, CA 93706.
Serving as pallbearers are Tom Biggers, Todd Biggers, Gus Gibson, Chris Biggers, Christopher Culbreath and Dennis McFarlin.
