Billie D. MacDougall, age 91, of Fresno, California passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023. Billie was born in Boswell, Oklahoma to Elsie Carter and Willie Gentry.

Billie is survived by her daughter Kathleen Witzel; and her son Kevin Litz.

Billie was preceded in death by her father Willie Gentry and her mother Elsie Carter.

Mrs. MacDougall also leaves behind numerous family and friends to cherish her memory.
