Billie Joe Mitchell, age 89, of Taft, California passed away on Tuesday February 26, 2019. Billie was born December 28, 1929.

He is survived by his wife Betty Mitchell, children Larry and Ron Mitchell Sr., Delbert and Doyle Mitchell, eleven grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his son Billie Mitchell.

A visitation for Billie will be held Monday, March 4, 2019 from 9:00 am until 11:30 am at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721. A graveside will occur Monday, March 4, 2019 at 1:00 pm to at the Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 S. Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
