He is survived by His wife Evelyn; Daughter, Susan Garcia and Her husband Ruben; Grandsons, Andre Pena and his wife Amanda, Elias Pena, Miguel Pena Jr.; Great Grandson, A.J. Pena. He also has many cousins in Oklahoma.
Billy served in the United States Army for 5 years. He spent 1 year overseas. He also was a cook in the Army.
Billy spent most of his life doing what he loved, which was construction. He met the love of his life Evelyn and were married in 1969. A few years later they had their daughter Susan. He had many friends, nieces and nephews who considered him a second Dad.
He had a mischievous laugh and you always knew he was up to something. This world won't be the same without him in it. Even though Billy has gone to a better place, We will always have his memories and his big smile in our Hearts.
