Bill was born in Richland, Oklahoma on November 22, 1933, and passed away on November 30, 2019 at the age of 86. Bill was a resident of Clovis.

He is survived by his loving wife Lucille of 54 years, and his children, Cathy Hall, Linda Pfister and Lori LeRoy. Billy is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Belmont Memorial Park.
