Carmen was born in Fresno, California on March 29, 1958 to Ramon and Emiteria. She was devoted to her family and loved by all. She was the most genuine friend to everyone that knew her. She was a loving mother, wife, sister and Nana to her four grandchildren. She enjoyed writing music and playing her accordion. Carmen loved watching westerns with her father and cartoons with her grandchildren. She worked in customer service for over 20 years, and as a lab tech for Tomatek and ConAgra Foods. Carmen passed away on March 10, 2024.
Carmen is survived by her husband, Joaquin R. Adame; her daughter Monica Marshall (Brandon); and her son Carlos S. Adame; her mother Emiteria Rocha; her sister Yolanda Penaloza (Salvador), her sister Bertha Sandoval (Fernando Lopez), her sister Juanita Leanos (Juan), her sister Ramona Perez (Manuel) and her brother Juan J. Hernandez; her grandson Evan Durazo, her grandson Elijah Marshall, her grandson Ezra Marshall and her granddaughter Ella Marshall.
Carmen was preceded in death by her father Ramon Sandoval.
Visitation for Carmen will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2024 starting at 4:00 pm and a rosary at 6:00 pm Calaveras Chapel, 1605 L. Street, Fresno, CA 93721. Funeral Mass will occur Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 10:00 am, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 15437 W. Kearney Blvd, Kerman, CA 93630. Interment Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
