Carmen Luisa Soto was born November 2, 1938 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico and passed away on November 7, 2018 in Fresno, California.

Carmen was preceded in death by her husband, James Soto, and brother, Enrique Feliu.

Carmen is survived by her mother, Julie Rodriguez; sons, James Soto, Jr., Michael Soto, and Henry Soto; daughters-in-law, Linda Soto and Lupe Soto; granddaughters, Crista Soto, Angelica Soto, Cynthia Soto; great grandsons, Gilbert Medina and Ethan Soto; brothers, Paul Rodriguez and David Rodriguez; sisters, Isabelita Fantauzzi and Minie Chavarria. Carmen is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 7:00pm

A Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home at 7:00pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church at 12:00noon. Interment will follow at Fresno Memorial Gardens.
