Carol Marie Crader, lovingly known as "Granny," was born in Whiteriver, Arizona to parents Kenneth and Alice Lovine. She was a proud tribal member of the Coeur d'Alene Tribe. She grew up with her sisters, Arlene Owens (Deceased) and Sharon Rao. Carol made her home in Fresno, California, where she built a life full of love, laughter, and family.

She loved nothing more than spending time with family, cheering for her Raiders and Bulldogs, crocheting gifts, and sharing stories about her Native heritage. Her front porch was her favorite place to people watch and welcome anyone who stopped by.
Granny was full of life and adventure, traveling the world and even riding a motorcycle at 85. Her love, traditions, and laughter touched generations, and her spirit will live on in all who knew and loved her.
Carol is lovingly remembered by her children Wayne Crader, Cathie Perehoduk, Allen Crader. She was preceded in death by her children Carolyn Ford and Cynthia Grubbs.
She was the proud grandmother of Michelle Crader, Johnny Hernandez. Melissa Boos, Danny Bishop, Robert Crader, Michael Crader, Brian Crader, Justin Geil, Cody Crader, Megan Mitchell, Heather Crader, Chenoa Hansen, Trina Thomas, Tonya Dunbarr, Crystal Ford and Eddie Crader (deceased),
