Charlotte Ann Groppetti

Charlotte Groppetti was born October 2, 1931 in Santa Maria, CA and passed surrounded by her family on December 25, 2018 in Fresno, CA. After graduating high school, she attended cosmetology school and later married Alvin Groppetti. She moved to the west side, near San Joaquin and Tranquillity, CA to the family's dairy farm were she lived for over sixty years until her recent passing.

She was known by friends and community members for her kind and gentle nature, sense of humor and her love of watching sports, playing gin rummy and the Molly B Polka Hour.

Charlotte will be greatly missed by her large family including her five children and their spouses; 12 grandchildren and their spouses; 17 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; two siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church, Tranquillity, CA on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
