Cherry Joan Bendian

Cherry was born to Leanna Buie & Herman Parker, in Perryville Arkansas on March 26, 1933, and passed away in her sleep in Fresno, Ca on May 21, 2026, at the age of 93.

Cherry is preceded in death by her Husband, Nishan Bendian;

Son, Louis Travato; Daughter, Frances Arbogast; Mother, Leanna Buie; Father, Herman Parker; Sister, Pat Pancratz

Cherry is survived by her daughter, Jeannette & Husband Rick Ramirez; 6- grandkids, Cara Travato; Rhea & husband Zachariah Reifeiss; Linsey Arbogast; Nicole Ramirez; Ethan Ramirez & wife Brittany; Aaron Ramirez & wife Chelsea; She is also survived by her 4 Great Grandchildren, Jordan; Avery; Amadeo; Lane; and baby on the way. She is survived by her sisters,

Pauline Stehr of Folsom and Carol Bisel of Louisiana;

She leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.

Her love of family was known to all, and she will be missed by many.

She loved family gatherings and hosted many celebrations in her home over the years. She loved playing card games, board games & working puzzles in her later years.

Cherry has gone to be with the Lord; may she find comfort in the kingdom of Heaven and may her soul rest in peace.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E Nees Ave, Fresno, California 93720, on June 10, 2026, at 11:00 am.
