A funeral service for Christopher will be held Wednesday, January 24, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we inform you of the heartbreaking loss of Our Beloved Angel.Christopher Allen Border 41, passed away January 8th, 2024. Christopher was born December 5th, 1982 in Fresno, California to Harry Border and Lisa Clemente. He attended Mclane high school and graduated with the class of 2001.
Christopher was a loving and devoted family man, always putting the needs of those he loved first. He cherished his role as a father to his three children, Adam, Julia, and Joniah, step children Krysta Hicks and Aaron Hicks and was excitedly planning his future with his fiancé, Shawna. Christopher's infectious joy and kind spirit touched the lives of all who knew him. He will be remembered for his artistic talent, his compassion towards others, and his genuine zest for life. The loss of Christopher has left a void that can never be filled, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he loved and those who loved him.
He leaves behind his fiancé, Shawna Mallow, and their three beautiful children, Adam Jacob Border, Julia Leann Border, and Joniah Mincks-Mallow. His parents, Lisa Leann Clemente and step-father Emanual Clemente, as well as his father, Harry Cristian Border, mourn his loss alongside his sister Jackalyn Nicole Meno, her spouse Melissa Meno, and his precious niece Emma Grace Meno. Christopher is also survived by his brother Ryan Mathew Border and spouse Leah Bugnosen. The impact of Christopher's life resonated far and wide, as he was loved and cherished by his aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, and a great number of friends who were fortunate enough to experience his warmth and friendship. His memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew him.
