Damaso Lopez Rios, cherished husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2024. He is survived by his devoted wife, Leticia Lopez, and his beloved daughters, Stephanie Lopez and Dulce Lopez.
Damaso was preceded in death by his father, Ascencion Lopez Acosta, and his mother, Esther Mejia Rios.
Throughout his life, Damaso was known for his deep love for his family and his unwavering support for friends. His kindness, generosity, and dedication to those he cared about will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.
A visitation for Damaso’s will be held Thursday September 19th, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Stephens and Bean Funeral Chapel. A celebration of life for Damaso will be held Friday September 20th, 2024, from 10:30 am at Saint John's Cathedral with an internment at Saint Peter's Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to American Cancer Society, Fresno.
