Darrell A Herzog

Darrell was married to Anna B. Cotten for 66 years. Darrell and Anna met during the war while working for Lockheed and were married on Darrell's 22nd birthday in Glendale, California. After the birth of their children, Darrell and Anna moved to Fresno where Darrell worked and retired from Sears Roebuck and Anna worked and retired from Montgomery Wards.

Darrell was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence N. and Elizabeth Herzog. He is also preceded in death by his granddaughter, Shellie, and Great-Granddaughter, Rayshelle.

Darrell is survived by his brothers; Jim Herzog of Clovis, California and Russell Herzog of Anaheim, California; his wife, Anna; two sons; Richard A. Herzog of Clovis, California and Gene Herzog of Fresno, California; grandchildren; Bryan, Shayleen, Darrell, Danielle, Slade and Gage;great grandchildren, Dustin, Ryan, Gabriel (Mikey), Tyler, Austin, Isaiah, Aiden, and Zoe.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns and Blair Funeral Home at 10:00a.m. Interment will follow at St. Peter's cemetery.
