Dolores joined her husband Harold "Spud" Dahlin in heaven on October 17, 2014. She was born to Alphonse and Mary Vassau on June 12, 1930 in St. Paul, MN. Dolores worked as an executive secretary and an administrative assistant for over 50 years.
Dolores is survived by her son, Michael J. Dahlin and his wife Lauri of Santa Barbara; her daughter, Cynthia K. Dahlin and her partner Michael Barro of Fresno; her granddaughters, Kristen M. James and her husband Steve of San Diego and Lindsey D. Dahlin of Santa Barbara; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Thursday, October 23, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
A Memorial Service will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Friday, October 24, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be held at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, Santa Nella.
Remembrances may be made to St. Agnes Hospice or donor's favorite charity.
