Dolores graduated from Central Union High School in 1958. She was formerly married and gave birth to three children. Her oldest son Leonard passed away in 1997.
She was a homemaker and devout Christian who loved her Lord Jesus Christ and serving others. She spent her later years reading, studying the Bible, and financially supporting various organizations and ministries when it was possible.
Her passing follows her siblings, Joe Cobarrubias of Chula Vista, California, Phillip Cobarrubias of Fresno, Jesse Cobarrubias of Fresno, and Jenny Gutierrez (Cobarrubias) of Fresno.
She is survived by her children, Charles Romero of Mililani, Hawaii and Leticia Rice of Clovis, California, as well as her grandson Nicolas Romero of Fresno, California. Her surviving siblings are John Cobarrubias of Fresno, Mona Sanchez of Santa Barbara, California, Nash Cobarrubias of Fresno, Manual Cobarrubias of Fresno, and numerous nephews and nieces.
