

Don Scott Reynolds was born on April 29, 1936, in Marmaduke, Arkansas and went to be with our Lord on February 6, 2014, in Fresno, California. He was the youngest of 13 siblings born to George and Nettie Reynolds. At the age of 16, he moved to California and attended Corcoran High School. After high school, he then went on to attend West Hills College in Coalinga, California.
While in Coalinga, he met the love of his life, Margaret Lowry. They married on July 4, 1958 in Reno, Nevada. After marrying, they moved to Kerman, California where they have resided for the past 55 years. They were blessed with two daughters, Susie Steffen and Donna Gallegos.
In 1975, being an experienced entomologist, Don started Rasco Chemicals in Kerman and he successfully owned and operated the business for 30 years. Twenty years ago, Don had a dream which turned into reality when he created the Rasco Express. It quickly became a popular children's train ride that has been featured in many parades in the valley as well as participating in many other charitable events.
Don is survived by his loving wife, Margaret; daughter, Susie and husband Tom Steffen; daughter, Donna Gallegos; his grandchildren, Holly Steffen, Scott Steffen, Bryan Gallegos, Dano Steffen, and Kevin Gallegos. Don also had one great- granddaughter, Ava Youngberg. He is also survived by sisters, Dimp Acord of Illinois, and Joyce Wagener of Nevada; and brothers, Toney Reynolds of New Mexico, Verd Reynolds of Missouri, Ted Reynolds of Chow- chilla, California; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Kerman United Methodist Church on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.
A Graveside Service will be held at Fresno Memorial Gardens, on Friday, February 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
