Donald Darby

Donald Darby passed away peacefully on March 14th, 2023. Don was born to George and Ann Darby on March 28th, 1936. Don, better known DARBY, graduated from Fresno High in 1952. Shortly after that, he enlisted in the U.S. Army along with several friends (thinking they would be stationed together). That idea did not work out for them, but they remained dear friends. Don worked at Larsens Supply for over fifty years. Don had quite a creative humor, he was a kind and caring man who cherished his friendships and loved his animals. Don will be missed and remembered everyday by the people that had the honor to have loved and cared for him. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, George and Ann, and wife, Mary. Don is survived by his son, Mark and several cousins. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite animal shelter.
