Dora Evelyn Clinton

Dora was born February 21, 1935

She leaves her daughter, Darlene Clinton-Morris, and husband Jeff Morris; daughter, Debbie Conte

and husband Ronald Conte; and daughter, Donna Clinton and wife Kim Pritchard. She also leaves grandson, Slaine Silvey and wife Sif Silvey, granddaughter, Megin Barone and husband Antonio Barone; and granddaughter, Brittany Brown and husband Matt Brown, and she also leaves behind thirteen

great-grandchildren.

Evelyn, as known by her family and friends, was born in McNab, Arkansas to William and Thurley Millwee, who preceded her in death. She was raised in a family of 13 children. Evelyn was Preceded in death by five siblings: John Millwee, Don Millwee, Sue Delk, William Millwee, and an unnamed baby girl. Evelyn is survived by siblings: Thelma Woodmansee, Fannie Coon, Lester Millwee, Dwight Millwee, Larry Millwee, David Millwee, and Billy Jean Millwee.

Evelyn was married to Edward Clain Clinton, who was a contractor, on November 1st, 1952 until he

passed away on February 12, 1992. Evelyn serviced her family as a dedicated homemaker and was

also a licensed beautician.

Evelyn enjoyed a multitude of hobbies. She was an avid gardener, who always keep a pristinely

manicured yard full of flowers. Impeccably skilled in the kitchen, she enjoyed baking and cooking,

and she was always meticulously precise with her measurements. Evelyn always enjoyed playing games with her family. When you played a game with her, especially a game of Chinese Checkers, she would

engage in playful competition, and she would always demand a rematch when her grandkids won.

Evelyn's generous spirit and kind soul will be sorely missed, and she will be fondly membered by her loving family.

A visitation for Dora will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720.

A visitation will occur Friday, January 7, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will occur Friday, January 7, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM, 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720.
