Eleanor will always be remembered as a great lady. One who taught me and us all how to be diligent with your hands. She was always working with her hands; bookkeeping, making crafted crotcheted baby blankets, Afghans, hangers, pot holders, doggies, or whatever else sparked her interest. She had many talents, painting, sewing, socializing, and was friends to many. She was always willing to enjoy a good meal with you and loved going to a great restaurant. She bragged about her nieces and nephews, and loved it when family or friends would come to visit her. She was a great lady and knew how to have a social life as well as a serious work ethic. Even after she retired she kept on working as long as she could. Her only sister and brother meant the world to her and they were a very close knit family. I'm glad to have known her and her family. It was a real honor to be part of her life for such a short time. I only met her 20 years ago and it seems like she taught me so much in that short amount of time. I wish I could've known her longer. She made sure to keep flowers on her parents grave sight. See you again someday, friend.
