Elsie Brown

Elsie worked for 20 years as a Health Care Provider.

Elsie was preceded in death by her parents; son, Nigene Newhouse; brothers, Marido, and Dana Washington; sisters, Delores, Navaree, and Vora Lee Washington.

Elsie is survived by her children, Lemmie Newhouse, Isiah T. Brown, Jr., Diane Walker, Lillie Brown Perry and Enola Brown; brother, L M A Washington; sister, Anita Washington; 39 grandchildren, 85 great grandchildren, and 22 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory on Thursday, December 15, 2106, from 2:00pm to 8:00pm.

Funeral Services will be held at Saints Community Church of God in Christ, 3740 E Ashlan Ave Fresno, CA 93726, at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
