Elvira Tercero Medrano, age 81, of Fresno, California passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023. Elvira was born in Chihuahua, Mexico.

Elvira is survived by her children Manuel Medrano Jr, Magdalena Armistead, Miguel Medrano, Marcos Medrano, Margarita Medrano and Moises Medrano. She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Elvira was preceded in death by her husband Manuel Medrano.

A graveside service for Elvira will be held Monday, September 25, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 South Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
