Eulogio “Lofio” R. Beltran was born in Ysleta, Texas to Ramon Ruiz Beltran and Lorenza Ruiz Beltran. Lofio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 surrounded by his wife and sons. He came to Fresno, California in 1951. He graduated from SJVC where he earned his HVAC certification. After his AC career he went on to work at the Fresno Bee for 15 years.
Lofio came and went at his leisure. He lived his life the way he wanted. Family always came first to him. Generously making sure they were taken care of. He was always there for his family; wife, brothers and sisters, kids and grandkids. He was a great son, brother and uncle. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved all of us unconditionally. Towards his later years he lived for his grandkids and they were his world. The unmeasurable love that Lofio gave, he will also be missed with that same unmeasurable love.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon Ruiz Beltran and Lorenza Ruiz Beltran; siblings, Maria, Ramon “Ray” II, Perfecto “Beto” Sr. , and Jose “Indio”; nieces Tammy and Kathy; and great nephew Samuel.
