

Dr. Evelyn Bengzon Aquino-Caro peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family, on January 5, 2025. A remarkable woman whose life was a beautiful symphony of healing, music, and extraordinary elegance.
A deeply devoted servant of God, Dr. Caro’s faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her professional and personal journey with unwavering spiritual strength. Together with her late husband Vicente, she created a profound legacy of love and generosity that touched many lives.
An epitome of grace and sophistication, Dr. Caro moved through life with an innate refinement that distinguished her in every setting. A distinguished psychiatrist, she was not only a pillar of mental health care but also a gifted musician whose fingers danced across piano keys, strummed soulful guitar melodies, and created magic with her ukulele.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Vicente, her parents Jose Aquino, Sulpicia Bengzon, and her sister Josephine Garcia, Dr. Caro is survived by her devoted children: Sulpicia (Byron), Cherry (Cort), and Vince Jr. (Kristina), along with her beloved grandchildren Healani, Jessica, Julienne, Antje, Elliott, and Ian.
Dr. Evelyn Bengzon Aquino-Caro’s life was a masterpiece—a harmonious blend of professional excellence, artistic brilliance, spiritual devotion, and timeless elegance. Her memory will forever inspire those who were fortunate to have known her.
