Evelyn was born on December 10, 1923 in Fresno and passed away peacefully on September 25, 2011 at the age of 87 in Fresno. Evelyn spent many wonderful years raising her children and being a homemaker.
We extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at San Joaquin Gardens for their care and kindness throughout her illness and the support of Evelyn's family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Sam; and her parents, Pete and Carrie Ricci.
Evelyn is survived by her children, Rod Catanzarite and his wife Pam of Visalia, Pam Lindegren and her husband Paul of Fresno and Janice Catanzarite and Marty of North Fork; grandchildren, Tracie Corazzini, Eric Lindegren, Kari Johnson and her husband Adam, Scott Wilburn, Randy Catanzarite and Amber Catanzarite. Evelyn was also the proud great-grandmother to Paul Corazzini III, Branden Catanzarite, and Brody and Van Johnson. She is also survived by her sister, Pauline Gambero, her sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
