Evelyn was preceded in death by her father, Roberto.
Evelyn is survived by her mother, Amparo Cabidog; significant other, Steve Takemoto; sons, Michael Medina and his wife, Arlene, and Sean Medina; brothers, Alfred and Fernando Cabidog.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory from 2:0pm to 7:00pm
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 S Cornelia Ave Fresno, CA 93706.
