Frances Carolyn Arbogast

Frances Travato Arbogast was born August 29, 1960 in Long Beach, California and passed away September 4, 2022 after a long-fought battle with illness. Through all the ups and downs with her health, Fran never gave up hope and stayed positive even until the very end. Her family is eternally grateful for each and every smile and conversation they got to have with her because of how long she was able to hold on.

Fran fiercely loved her family and took every opportunity to spend time with them, whether it was just dinner at home or boat days on the lake. She also loved playing bingo at the casinos for anyone and everyones birthdays and always enjoyed vacations at the beach. She also was passionate about her bookkeeping business and loved her dogs as if they were her children.

She is survived by her mother, Cherry Joan Bendian, long-term partner, Rick Davis, sister Jeannette Ramirez and family, daughter Cara Jurado and her husband Jason, daughter Rhea Reifeiss, her husband Zachariah and son Jordan, daughter Linsey Arbogast, step-daughters Ashley Davis and Samantha Mize and their children Tyler, Sadie, Hannah, and Cooper.

A Celebration of Fran’s life will be held on September 22, 2022 at 11:00 am at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Chapel, at 836 E Nees Ave, Fresno, CA 93720.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to Animal Rescue of Fresno (ARF), St. Jude Children’s Hospital, or to your favorite charity of choice.
