Frances is peacefully resting with her husband, Frank Robert Gutierrez, parents Joe and Nellie Sanchez, and three brothers Joe, Freddie and Johnny Sanchez.
She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Martinez and husband Louie, and two sons Robert and Gregg Gutierrez; grandchildren Vincent Tristan and wife Sharon and grandson Isaac Martinez; four great grandchildren Jazzlyn and Connor Sudjian, Jada Fernandez and Jorden Tristan. Also survived by her sisters Dolores, Emily and Cindy and brother Rudy Sanchez and wife.
Frances was a lifelong resident of Fresno, California. She retired in 2003 as a special education teacher for Fresno Unified School District. Frances is known for her amazing storytelling, silly tongue twisters, and loving heart.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, friend, and teacher. She will be deeply missed but forever in our hearts.
Visitation for Frances will be held Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Fresno, 475 North Broadway, Fresno, CA 93701, followed by a rosary from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
