Frank was born on November 9, 1927 to Vicente and Marciela Moran. He passed away on September 28, 2012 in Clovis at the age of 85. He retired from the City of Fresno from the waste management dept. after 30 years.
He is survived by his wife Marie Moran and his brother George Moran, grandchildren and his great grandchildren.
Wake service will be held at La Biblia Abierta 3913 E. Olive Ave in Fresno on Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 at 7:00 pm.
Graveside service at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Satuday, Oct. 6, 2012 at 10:00 am.
