Frank is survived by his wife, Lisa A. Pantoya; son Frank Pantoya, III; daughter-in-law Katrina Pantoya; son Joel Pantoya; daughter Laura Lee Olivas; and son-in-law Steven Olivas; sister Liz Pantoya and sister Virginia Rivera.
A Visitation for Frank will be held Monday, May 7, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 1525 East Saginaw, Fresno, California 93704. A rosary service will occur Monday, May 7, 2018 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home, Chapel, 1525 East Saginaw Way, Fresno, California 93704. A mass of christian burial will occur Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at The Shrine of St. Therese Catholic Church, 855 E. Floradora Ave., Fresno, California 93728. A burial will occur at Belmont Memorial park, 201 N Teilman Ave, Fresno, California 93706-1311.
