well my friend people talk of childhood friends. I guess that's what we are. we started the 1960's playing in the dirt with our toys and watching cartoons on tv. we can't forget movies like the 50 foot woman and the movie them. we ended the 60's working @ the park. in the 70's we finished school. without telling each other we joined the navy. saw u in boot camp. when we got out in the fleet we ended up on the same class of destroyer. you # 15 and me # 12. what are the odds. our ships followed each other over seas but never in the same port @ the same time. in the 80's life took over. they started calling us things like dad and pop. then the big one grandpa. it go's by fast...... go in peace my friend. underway shift colors.
