

Jerry was born in Fresno, California to Albert and Zabelle Emerzian on March 14, 1941. After graduating from Fresno High, he attended college at Fresno City College. He left college to learn the farming business which he truly loved. Soon after that he received his real estate license and became a successful broker specializing in ag/farm properties.
Jerry married the love of his life Rosalyn Kasaian and had two wonderful daughters. He loved Fresno State football games, Sundays at Millerton Lake on his boat and spending time with his family. His priority in life was always his family.
He is Preceded in death by his wife, Rosalyn, his parent’s Albert and Zabelle, and his brother Phillip.
He is Survived by his daughters Jeanine Richburg and her two daughters Giana and Gillian; Jennifer Blum and her husband Aaron and their three children Tessa, Jaxon, and Brody; his brother Leslie Emerzian and his wife Janice, his nephews David Emerzian and his wife Natalie and their three children Olivia, Jacob and Scarlett and Aaron Emerzian and his wife Ashley and their three children Ava, Caden and Kaia; and his sister Susan Emerzian.
Jerry will be remembered for his warmth, humbleness, sense of humor and generosity.
A visitation will be held on November 12, 2025, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, located at 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720 followed by a Celebration of Life Service at the same location at 10:30 am.
A committal service will take place at Ararat Armenian Cemetery Association, 1925 W Belmont Ave, Fresno, CA 93728, immediately after the Celebration of Life Service.
