Geraldine Erma Lowe

Geraldine was born and raised in Fresno, graduating from Roosevelt High and Fresno State College, majoring in Music. She was a teacher for 25 years at Houghton Kearney Elementary and church organist at First Chinese Baptist for more than 60 years. She was blessed with the gift of music.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lillian Woo, and her husband Otis Lowe.

Geraldine is survived by her son, Larry Lowe; and daughter Sharon Oniwa and her husband Dorian, two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Geraldine is also survived by her brother Joseph C. Woo and his wife Mabel; along with many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Saturday, December 18, 2010, at 12:30 p.m.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 17, 2010, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Stephens & Bean Chapel.
