Glenda Vaughn Reichert

Glenda was born in Shattuck, OK, to Tom and Thelma Stout. At age two, she moved with her family to Porterville, CA, where she graduated from Porterville High School in 1953. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.

Glenda married Tony Prandini in 1953. They were married 21 years, and had eight children. In 1987, Glenda married George Reichert of Fresno. Glenda was Administrator at Masten Towers Senior Facility in Fresno for 26 years, retiring in 2006.

Glenda is preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Thelma Stout; her brother Denny; and her granddaughter, Danielle Prandini.

Glenda is survived by her husband, George D. Reichert, and his family; cousins, Lee and Sandy Smith; sister-in-law, JoAn Stout; and eight children, Angela Prandini and her spouse Maria Wolfe, Andrea Prandini and her spouse Miranda Gray, Tony Prandini, and his children, Max, Zachary and Gabriel, Camillo Prandini and his spouse Lorene, and their children, Gianna and Dominick, Livia Prunty and her spouse John, and their children, Nick, Allie, and Scotty, Elisa Prandini, Marissa Prandini and her spouse Mark Armstrong, and their children, Mark and Jenny, and Damian Carlson-Prandini and his spouse Suzanne, and their child Lucia. Also surviving Glenda are special friends, Tony and Cici Prandini, Tony's siblings Carlo, Angelo, Argilia, and Barbara and their spouses, Cellie Bowens, and Raul and Jessie Gonzalez; along with many nieces, nephews; friends and family who loved her very much.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Monday, January 19, 2015, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary and a Memorial Service at 3:30 p.m.
