Jeanne Drew was born in Dos Palos, CA on July 30,1944 and passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 after a five year battle with multiple myeloma.
Jeanne married her high school sweetheart, Gary Drew, in 1962. They lived in Dos Palos and Oro Loma and had three children. Jeanne touched many lives as a teacher for 27 years. She taught many grade levels at Firebaugh Elementary and later at Oro Loma Elementary. She retired from Bryant Middle School as a Library Media Specialist in 2007.
Jeanne is survived by her husband, Gary; her children, Trudi Adams and her husband Jeff, Trisha Daggett and her husband Robin, and Jeff Drew and his wife Tina; five grandchildren, Vanessa, Drew, Forrest, Max and Chase; her sister, Karren Bratcher and her husband Delmas; brother, Henry Zenger and his wife Janelee; along with many nieces, nephews, family and dear friends
A Celebration of Her Life will be held at Merced Golf & Country Club on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
