

She was a retired plant engineer for Pacific Bell, a Gold Pillar Member of First Baptist Church, and a Life Member of Telephone Pioneers.
She was preceded in death by her late husband of 41 years, Foy F. Frazier, in 1989; and her two sisters, Doris Vance of Bishop, CA, and Blanche Stephens of Connecticut.
Helen remarried in 1996, to Leonard F. Noyes, and they traveled and took many trips and cruises all over the world, including the Caribbean, the Panama Canal, Alaska, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, the Mediterranean, Spain, Holland, Germany, the Blue Danube River Cruise, and Hawaii. Leonard passed away on June 11, 2011.
Helen is survived by her son, Frederic Frazier of Clovis, CA.
A Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.
A Graveside Service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park on Thursday, June 8, 2017, at 12:00 noon, followed by a Memorial Service at San Joaquin Gardens at 1:00 p.m.
