Irene was a devout Catholic and she had an unwavering faith in God her entire life. In her early years she was active in the Infant of Prague Guild. She loved to play Bingo and go to garage sales whenever she had the chance.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Nazareth House for all their loving care.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Howard M. Tripp, Founder of Vendolator; and her son, Thomas.
Irene is survived by her daughters, Betsy Lucido, and Kathleen Tripp; and sister-in-law, Mary Spisak. She also leaves behind ten grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, who affectionately called her "Honey".
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Nazareth House on Saturday, October 2, 2010, at 12:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to Catholic Char- ities; or the Nazareth House.
