Jack spent over 25 years in the Air Force and Air Force Reserve serving our Country.
Jack is survived by his spouse, Jennie Bolt; son Jack A. Bolt; son James E. Bolt; daughter Julie K. Bounds; step son Michael Dresser; and step daughter Melinda Dresser-Oakes.
Jack is also survived by many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Relatives who cherish His Memory.
Jack was preceded in death by; sister Bonnie Kinzer.
A graveside service for Jack was held on Tuesday, March 30th.
