Jack Saldana

It's with heavy hearts the Saldana Family announces the passing of our brother. Jack passed away on Palm Sunday, March 28,2021. He was born and raised in Fresno, CA., was a graduate of McLane High School and attended Fresno City College. Jack had an instilled strong work ethic, he was employed by Gottchalks for many years, worked in the security industry and the IRS. He also served in the U.S. Military as a member of the Army National Guard. Jack was a very devoted son who cared for both of his parents until their passing.

He was preceded in death by his father Mike G. Saldana, his sister Mary Villalobos and most recent by his mother Mary Louise Saldana.

He's survived by his brother Jess Saldana, MaryHelen, sister-in-law, sisters Helen Dieling, Linda Saldana, Yolanda Saldana including many nieces and nephews. Jack was a very loved son, brother, uncle, friend and will be dearly missed by his family and constant companion dogs, Fancy Face and Lionel.

Visitation will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 9:00 am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
