Dr. Jack G. Seymour was born on October 27, 1926 in Denver, CO and passed away on February 5, 2012 in Fresno at the age of 85. He was a Medical Dentist Practitioner for 60 years. He is survived by his wife Credwyn Seymour of Fresno.
Graveside service will be held at Beth Israel Cemetery on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 11:00 am.
