Jana Leah Malm
January 29, 1960 – December 22, 2018
Jana Leah Malm was born on January 29, 1960 to Eyvonne Malm and George V. Malm in the Dos Palos Hospital. She passed away peacefully December 22, 2018 in Fresno.
She is survived by her mother, Eyvonne Malm; her brother, Barry Malm and his wife, Nikki Malm; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, George V. Malm, and brother, George H. Malm.
Jana was an active member of the Kelso School (Central Valley Regional Center) and always enjoyed being with her peers. She loved to sing, dance, listen to music, and to accompany her peers on the electronic keyboard at the annual Christmas program. She was a happy and loving person and was loved by all who knew her. She lived a long and happy life.
The family would like to express much appreciation to all her care givers at the Gabina Monte Home and at the Ruth Hernandez home for her excellent care and the love, kindness, and compassion which was showered upon her throughout the years. Both homes affectionately referred to her as their "little angel."
Visitation will be held at Palm La Paz Funeral Home on January 8, 2019 from 9:00 to 11 a.m., followed by a Graveside Service at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery.
