Leroy, did not get a chance to offer my condolences at the memorial for Jeanette. Also, was seated at the back of the room, so didn't see you.

I remember the fun time as deputies in 2006 when Jan, Jeanette and I traveled all around the state with Eastern Star. That will be my most fond memory of my time in the Order.

She was a sweetie....

Jeannette was and always will be in her spiritual presence, a person radiating warmth, friendship, love, gentle compassion, leadership, a beautiful soul with a "never give up; can do spirit", and who was someone who made you feel welcome and as if you were a valued friend from the first acquaintance onward. She was a rare and beautiful soul, who taught so many important life lessons, just by her very being, by her words, her thoughts, and inspired, gentle actions. She is one of those beautiful souls, who enters your life, touching it with her shining light. I will remember dear Jeannette as treasured friend, whose radiance inspires still.

With love,

Jeanne was so loving and accepting. She always let me know I was loved no matter how quirky I could be. I only knew her four years but our friendship was so comfortable as if we had been friends longer. I always wanted a big sister and she was Sis to me, even though she was a generation older. I miss her greatly. I miss the smiles and hugs she had just for me. I hope I can live next door to her in heaven.

She was a wonderful woman who always stood by your side. I enjoyed getting to know her through Eastern Star. My prayers and thoughts go out to the family. The world lost a woman but Heaven gained a friendly angel.

No words can express the feeling of loss of this dear friend. We met thru Red Hat and became true Sisters. We could laugh, cry and every other
emotion and still have fun together. She will be truly be missed.
