Jennie Marie Goulart

Jennie Marie Goulart, age 89, passed away quietly and peacefully, which was her lifestyle, into the loving arms of Jesus on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, surrounded while in prayer by her daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jennie will be remembered for her great Italian cooking, generous heart, and sweet spirit; touching more lives than she could ever have imagined.

Jennie was preceded in death by Tony, her husband of 56 years; her parents, Nick and Effie Caglia; her son Anthony; her grandson Brian; and her brothers, Frank, Danny, Joseph and Louie Caglia.

She passes on her legacy of love, faith, and work ethic to her daughters, Joanne Caetano and husband Manuel, Janie Edwards and husband Eddie, Diana Alles and husband Stan, Antoinette Breadmont and husband Rick, Betty Ann Daughtry and husband Randy, Carolyn Kutka and husband Mike, and Denise Lewis. Continuing in that legacy and filling her heart with love are her 16 grandchildren; and 28 great grandchildren. Jennie is also survived by her sisters, Antoinette Brager, Rosemarie DeManty, Elizabeth Locarnini and Julie Rocha; numerous family members, godchildren, nieces, nephews and friends who all loved her dearly.

Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. followed by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at the Shrine of St. Therese Catholic Church, 1410 N. Wishon Avenue, Fresno, CA, at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Shrine of St. Therese Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Graveside Service at St. Peters Cemetery.
