She was a social worker for 14 years.
Jessie is survived by: two daughters, Patricia Cerda and Felicia Cerda, three sons, Leon Velasco, Rafael Velasco and Hector Cerda.
Jessie is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and two brothers.
Visitation: Thursday September 21 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory.
Graveside Service: Friday September 22 10:00a.m. at Belmont Memorial Park.
