My deepest sympathy goes out to Jimmy's Family.  Such a nice, kind person.

I just found out that Jimmy passed away. I am shocked and saddened by his passing.  He was truly a friend, not just a pharmacist. He would make sure that any concerns were alleviated and would always greet each and every customer by first name.  He actually cared about his customers and was such a kind and gentle man. My husband and I considered Jimmy as family and we will miss him dearly.

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the Kwok family. Jimmy not only helped open the doors to the Medicine Shoppe but opened helpful advise, reassurance and security to our staff and clients. To all of Jimmys family we extend our deepest sympathy.  We will celebrate all the good things about Jimmy.  He was friendly, warm and came right out to put a hand on your shoulder and assure you he would help you anytime.  He had such a wonderful smile as he called you by name. There were so many good things about him, we could never say enough. He has done so much for so many. Everyone was his friend and not just a customer. He helped more people than anyone will ever know.

  I went to pharmacy school with Jimmy and am so sad to hear about losing him.  He was the most thoughtful cheerful person and I know he must have been a tremendous asset to our profession because of his glowing personality, and caring. He helped us all get through pharmacy school by thowing wonderful casual dinner parties, he would treat us to his excellent cooking and always gave us inspiration to keep smiling. We trusted Jimmy to always be sure that medication's did not cause adverse affects, several times Jimmy corrected the doctors! My deepest sympathy to Jimmie's family and friends for your loss.  I am heart broken at the news of Jimmie's passing.  He has taken such excellent care of my husband and I.  We have been customers of the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy for many, many years.  We were always greeted with a huge smile and he called us by name from the first visit.  

I remember the first time I visited the pharmacy.  Our pharmacy which we had done business with for quite some time was out of a particular medicine, and I called around and found it was available at the Medicine Shoppe.  Jimmie made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in and treated me with so much friendliness and respect that I went home and told my husband that I found us a new pharmacy.  He couldn't understand why I would want to switch until he himself went in and met Jimmie for himself, and he, too, was won over by his charm.  Jimmie would call us at home or at work if he had concerns about a new prescription we had been given, and wanted us to make sure we took it properly and to watch out for possible side effects.

Jimmie will be missed tremendously by his Visalia "family".  Our prayers will continue thru the coming days to lift you up in strength and love.  I trust you will be comforted by the fact that He is now in God's hands, and we will see him again some day in heaven.

My deepest sympathy to Jimmy's family. I have been a customer of Jimmys for over 15 years. I drive across town to The Medicine Shoppe although I have a pharmacy less than a mile from my home. Jimmy was always friendly, caring, helpful and kind. He was so personalable. He will be truly missed.
