2019, she went home to be with her beloved savior.

JoAnn moved to Fresno in 1958 where she raised her four children. Those who knew and loved her knew how fiercely awesome she was. She had a heart of gold, a keen sense of humor and was fun to be around. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her faith was strong, never wavering and saw her through all the ups and downs in life. For 25 years of her life she was an entrepreneur. Swing-N-Tires was the name of the tire shop she owned and ran with her sons.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her two sons, Rodney and Kenney Stogner, and her great-grandson, Nathaniel.

She is survived by her daughters, Carol Downs and Pamela Blanco, daughters-in-law, Suni Stogner, Cheryl Constantine, Denise Stogner, and Michelle Lanthier, and sons-in-law Steve Downs and Juan Blanco Sr., as well as her grandchildren: Tiffany and Garth Radcliff, Brittany and Sean Monahan, Chris & Angie Downs, Dominic and Christina Valenzuela, Juan and Kirsten Blanco, Timothy & Shy Blanco, Alisha and Brian Cogburn, Nick and Marjorie Stogner, Tony Stogner, Gregory and Lisa Stogner, Michelle and Adriel Grijalva, Rodney Stogner Jr., Jesse Stogner, Jared Stogner, April, Spring, Christina and Salina, and the following great-grandchildren: Avery, Riley, Jacob, Bella, Taylor, Bailey, Bree, Alyssa, Colby and Brianna, Alizabeth, Andrew, Corley, Dominic Jr., Jeremiah, Anica, Jax, Lyla, Kaitlyn, Kandice, Emma, Sarah, and Samuel.

Services will be held at Stephens & Beans Chapel on Saturday, February 09, 2019. Viewing at 10:00 am; Funeral Service at 11:00 am.
