Jodi Ann (Link) Koop was born in Fresno on January 28, 1959.
She is predeased by her parents Doug and June (Liljenfelt) Link. She is survived by her husband of 29 years Michael Koop and two stepchildren Gina (Matt) Jones and their children Ian, Brynna, Keira, and Trevin and Michael (Stacy) Koop and their children Annabelle and Gannon. She is also survived by her stepmother Pat Link and three brothers Greg (Carri) from Carlsbad, Ca, Jason (Lisa) from Sanger Ca, and Eric (Cindy) from The Woodlands Texas, and their children.
Jodi graduated from Sanger high school and Fresno State. She was employed at Mervyns (21 years) and later moved to Valley Children’s Hospital (22 years) as an executive secretary in Human Resources and then retired September 2022. Her family was the most important part of her life and her grandchildren the most cherished. Colleagues describe her as kind, caring, helpful, generous in love, a bright light, and a new angel in heaven.
Remembrances may be sent to Valley Children’s Hospital. A Celebration of her Life will be held at Stephens and Bean Chapel on Thursday, December 29, 2022 At 11:00am.
