Uncle Joey, it's been a really hard year for me, but I know my God is gonna take care of all the hurt and loss!!!    I've had to endure!!!  I'm so sorry that I didn't get to see u before u passed, but know that I'm praying for u and to let u know  I love u, even tho I moved so far away!!!

I know this was such a hard passing of Uncle Joey, but know that he's in a better place than we are........  I couldn't believe it when I heard, bc I live in PA.......  Now!!!!!  It is a hard pill to swallow,!!!  But I can remember his laugh, was so intriguing....   I will always have those memories to look back on!!!  He will forever be in my heart!!! I love u and miss u uncle Joey!!!!

Dear Herrera family and yours,  I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Joe Herrera. Please accept my heartfelt condolences  during this difficult time. Losing a loved one is never easy, ans I want you to know my  thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. 
Joe and I met at McClane High School  in the marching band. We were the noisy drummers and our joy with laughter had no end. Joe will always be remembered for his warmth,  kindness, and the positive impact he had on me.. May you find sloace  in the love and support of the family and friends as you navigate through this difficult time.

I used to work with Joe over 15 years ago as a process server. I added this picture of a gps map because Joe  would laugh at me when I had to use this on my phone or back then on my Tom Tom navigation so I could go on a serve and get directions . Joe was a human map and he knew all the landmarks in Fresno he knew all the street names and all the towns surrounding the valley. I also got to watch him play in his band. I was able to catch up with a hug on a night he was playing at Table Mountain   ❤️You will be missed Joe but never forgotten 🙏🏼

I LIVED ON THE NEXT BLOCK OVER FROM THE HERRERA FAM I WAS CLOSE FRIENDS WITH HIS DAUGHTER (LORENA) AND I WOULD GO TO THEIR HOUSE EVERY SO OFTEN AND MR. HERRERA WAS ALWAYS SO WELCOMING  ALL OF THEM WERE..HE WAS ALWAYS SO INVOLVED WITH EVERYTHING THE KIDS DID I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH LORENA FROM ELEMENTARY TILL HIGH SCHOOL AND HE WAS ALWAYS PRESENT..MY LOVE AND PRAYERS OVER YOUR FAMILY TO GET THRU THIS TIME AND HEAL

My dad for as long as I can remember loved his football team the LA Rams. His horns he wore for one of the games we watched at home. My dad never failed at making us laugh and being silly. I can’t say it enough, you will be missed by many, I will do my best to keep the traditions going  for the family.  Till I see you again papa. I Love you
